Favorite memory from High School/Confession
|
Randy Hill and I obtained permission from his father to take his boat to Lake Texoma for a few days during the summer we graduated from Ada High. We told him that we would take good care of the boat. Mr. Hill instructed us to leave the boat at an outdoor space he had rented. When finished, we stored Mr. Hill's boat outdoors, forgetting to take the drain plugs out. When Mr. Hill went to use his boat about a week later, he found it full of water
because it had rained. He drained the boat, took it to the Lake, and in his aggravation, forgot to put the plugs back in. The boat sank in about 3 feet of water.
